Q: Having used this scale for a while, are you still happy with the consistency of the weights being measured?

Do people not realize that your body weight fluctuates every day? Yet you blame an analog scale! Think! Did you have extra food, extra salt, etc.? Ur body fluctuates! Not scasle's fault! Yours for not understanding how your body works! In the whole scheme of LIFE is 4-5 lbs. REALLY what you live for? From an ex-snorexic/bulimic30+ yrs ago, now caring for 2 dying parents w/different dementias. Life is abouthan weight! Are you happy? Are you loving others? Ate you kind? Are you blind to color of a person's skin? (Speaking from some1 who IS yet what treated w/contempt 4 my color.) Are you honoring to your elderly & dying? If you die tomorrow will you have no regrets! Forgetting fashion magazines. Just LOVE YOURSELF & be kind to others! We ALL are humans, & we ALL struggle enough without this crazy thing about weight. I just want a scale because ours got old & broke. At 59, being in the fashion business when younger, your INNER beauty is what shines forth! Weight IS IMPORTANT for health, but so many take it too far (as I did once). The scale is a "tool." IT is NOT YOU! Value yourself & stop feeling guilty for every pound or bite! There are hurting people who just need your smile & love! (Spoken with love to all!). From a VERY burned out 100% disabled carer of w elderly parents who BOTH have different dementias after 7 yrs. There is more to life than your weight! Plz love others! So MSNY out here NEED IT! You are beautiful just as you are!

Q: Can you use this scale on carpet?

I just noticed the difference of the scale on firm ground vs carpet. There is difference in pounds like approximately 7-8 pounds more in weight when compared to firm ground. So I think it’s better to use on firm / plain ground
