Never used it just the anise for baking...strong use less....makes the biscotti taste so good!

Q: does this work well for flavoring unflavored jello?

I think it may be a little strong for that purpose. It is more like a concentrated oil. I would just try a regular flavoring if you wanted to try flavoring and unflavored Jell-O.

Q: Can this be used in coconut cream pie (no bake)?

In my opinion, would not use pure anise oil in a coconut cream pie; since this extract tastes like licorice. Vanilla & coconut extract would be my choice.
