Really good product. the delivery made was also well packed and delivered properly. The only drawback I had was the item received was shown big but appeared vey small.

I purchased this Swarovski necklace a few months ago and was very happy with it at first. It looked elegant, shiny, and felt like a quality piece. Unfortunately, after only a short time of light use, the entire necklace has turned black. I always stored it properly and didn’t expose it to water, perfume, or chemicals, so this was very unexpected. For a premium brand and the price paid, the durability is really disappointing. I don’t feel I got the quality I was expecting. I’m very disappointed and will be contacting Amazon/Swarovski for a replacement or refund.

Ideal present for my teenage granddaughter

Very nice necklace but the length of the chain is small. If you’re neck is not small it may not fit or may be tight and uncomfortable.
