Can you buy extra shelf's?

There is extra spaces to put more shelf’s but the spaces aren’t to big if adding more shelf’s so depends what you put on it as bigger bottles etc may not fit

Can you stack one on top of the other? Would they be able to spin in different directions individually if so? Would it be stable?

Yes you can. You can change the tier height for your desired products and yes it's spins safely. No issues with mine.

Do the shelves have a lip on them to stop small items dalling off..
