Q: Is It Microwave Safe?

I don't think any aluminum foil is microwave safe. So....no.

Q: Can You Heat This Up?

Sorry, I am not understand the question but I can tell you that I have always used this aluminum foil in the oven to cover my baking foods such as stuffed shells, or anything that calls for the food to be covered....I also use it in my toaster oven when I heat bread...I wrap the bread (Italian crusty bread or any kind of bread) in the foil and put the temperature on 275 degrees and in about 10 to 15 minutes it is hot bread.
