I purchased this therapy ball after having had treatment for a lower back issue. This brand was being used at my therapy center. There are various sizes offered based on your height. It appears to be very well made and should last for many years.

This is a great exercise ball. I bought it to replace my chair at work. I love that I can sit on it comfortably all day and that it supports my bum and encourages good posture. My abs are getting a little work-out also. The instructions were easy to follow. I pumped it up with a Shrader bike pump, so there was no need to purchase an additional pump. I've only had it a few days, but so far no deflation whatsoever. Several people at work told me they're now thinking about getting one. And I just bought another one for my husband. I am 5'5" and bought the 65CM size. I think the 55CM size might have also worked okay, but I prefer this bigger size.

Fine product but it didn't come with a pump as many of my other "air-required" products do. It's kind of necessary.

Super challenging to inflate—I had to do it in stages over a few days, allowing it to rest/stretch in between before it would accept more air. Now that it is inflated, it seems very strong and will support heavy person.

I finally found the right ball. It was recommended by the PT I have been working with. I used to love the balls at the gym I belonged to, but I hadn't been able to find the right quality until this one. Most I tried were just too soft, so that when you sat on them, they sank way down, regardless of how full you pumped them. I am able to do planks on this one, situps, and leaning back to stretch my back when I finish working out.

I got this for my wife's knee replacement rehab. Contrary to many of the other reviews, this came in a retail product box with the exercise poster and instructions for inflating. Inflating is a simple two step process with inflation to a slightly less than full size the first day and full inflation the next day. It came with all the adapters for inflating and an extra plug. I used a small electric air compressor, which made blowing it up very easy, and I have not had any leaking. The Slow Deflate-Antiburst version is definitely a thicker rubber making for a firmer ball. The physical therapist is having my wife gradually increase the length of time she sits on it each day and my wife is very happy with the amount of exercise it gives her legs.

Didn’t inflate to full size - I needed this one because the standard size is too small for my longer legs. I gave it some time because I thought maybe it needed to stretch out or something. When I inflated it, I didn’t seem to stay inflated either. I ensured the plug was secure but that didn’t help. I have bought many of the Thera-Band brand over the years so maybe this one was defective. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize it before it was too late to return.
