I put this in my iced green tea and it gives me the energy I need all day. I love the sweetness it gives my tea, but I do admit it was an acquired taste. It doesn’t dissolve very easily so I put it in the hot water after I take my tea bags out and then it dissolves perfectly.

Overall I don't know if I would buy this again. The taste is off its sum what sweet but sour and leaves a long lasting taste in your mouth like a past ripe banana. I really wanted to like it but I can't. I tried to mask it in yogurt and a few other things to try and make it work but it's jist not great.

Intriging natural taste. Very pleasant easy to dissolve in tea or coffee 👍Looks like I'm going to dump my vitamins and go with that natural source of the same vitamins plus extra benefits.

I took a bee pollen pills for awhile so I didn’t have to deal with it the taste. Didn’t see much difference, but probably cause it’s dehydrated before being in the pill and lost most of its properties. So I decided to try the real deal. I just take shots of it with chocolate milk or cranberry juice so I don’t taste it. I notice faster growth in my muscles and the hold on my muscles lasts longer. There have been days or weeks here and there where I wasn’t able to go to the gym and have to restart. Before if that happened I would loose my muscle growth so fast. So this is a keeper for they busy people.

This is a good brand of bee pollen . It is a healthy energizing snack and the taste is good also.
