I tried these on a whim of desperation because one of my heels was so painful. They have helped so much. I wear a women’s size 10, so I ordered the men’s. They fit pretty well. My plantar fasciitis has always been especially painful when I first get up in the morning, so I keep them at the bedside and slip them on as soon as I get out of bed. It’s amazing how much less my heel hurts. It pretty awesome how much these shoes have helped.
