good buy
This L-Citrulline powder is top quality and delivers noticeable results. It mixes well with my pre-workout and gives me a solid pump and better endurance during training. I feel less fatigue and more blood flow during intense sessions. The powder is clean with no additives, and the resealable bag keeps it fresh. Great value for the amount you get and perfect for stacking with other supplements. Definitely one of my go-to products.

Great recommendation, this actually worked to solve my endurance issue
This is an effective supplement! It dissolves easily but may settle to the bottom, so just shake your drink a bit. No tummy trouble. The taste isn't great but I drink it in my shake and don't really care. It is excellently effective. Without being cranked on caffeine I can now bike up a mountain and don't have to stop to rest nearly as much because my muscles just keep outputting power. I'm impressed. ChatGPT recommended it and also this brand and turns out it works. My wife took a serving before our 5K and she felt like her muscles were indeed oxygenated pretty decently the whole way, she got a surprisingly good time.

Everyone has to age, but we only choose to grow old!
I am turning the half century mark this year. I still feel pretty young and vibrant, but sometimes my energy and vitality get low. I take supplements that really help, but blood flow can at times be an issue. Let me tell you, this magic lemonade solves that issue. I'm not kidding. This stuff tastes like unsweetened lemonade in water. Sometimes I even mix it in my lemon vitamin water (Costco brand), and it gives it an extra lemonade kick. Its fantastic, but I like sour things. But what is not sour, is the blood flow. Its strong and spectacular. It makes me feel 25 again. I had some questions and concerns as I am aging, this answered some of those, and I could not be more pleased. I pair it with tongkat ali, magnesium glycinate, zinc, and shila jit, as well as vitamin D. Everyone has to age, but we only choose to grow old!

Dosage
Good product! But DO NOT OVER DO IT!!! If you happen to, you're going to be in for a miserable downhill ride. Just because your previous pre-workouts might say 6-8 grams of the stuff in one scoop does not mean you take that amount of this powder. Read the directions carefully! Take the recommend dosage on the package as stated! Take me as the sacrificial lamb!

High quality, evidence based ingredients sold individually at an amazing price. Build your own supplements!
I recently added a pre-workout shake to my regimen, but I had a lot of trouble finding one I liked for many reasons: 1. Ineffective ingredients (which can be either useless or harmful) 2. Inadequate or excessive amounts of the ingredients which are actually evidence based to provide you benefits. A pre-workout shake should not be one-size-fits-all. 3. CAFFEINE! (and other stimulants) - I know it is effective at giving you a boost, but I workout at night within a few hours of sleeping... 4. Price - 30 servings for like $50? Forget that! BulkSupplements solved ALL my problems! By ordering four of the most scientifically proven pre-workout supplements in bulk, I saved money and have more control over what I am putting in my body and in what amounts. I ordered the following four products for my pre-workout: Beta Alanine Creatine Monohydrate BCAAs L-Citrulline BulkSupplements has a huge variety of products available at ridiculously good prices with a huge number of serving sizes. Instead of dropping $50 for about 30 servings, I have hundreds of servings for about the same price. I have used the above four ingredients mixed with a bit of water about 10 times now. Some observations: PROS - They WORK! There is a noticeable difference in my workouts. I feel more energized (and less lethargic mid-set), I have more power behind each rep, and I am seeing results a lot faster. - They take about 15-30 minutes to "kick in" depending on how big/recent my last meal was. - I am able to experiment with proportions of each ingredient to find the best fit for me. - As I have a chance to do more research I will be able to add new products to my regimen easily since I can buy each one individually. - Most importantly, I love that I have these ingredients as separate packages! This enables me to use each ingredient for multiple purposes (like using the BCAAs in both my pre-workout and my post-workout; allowing me to saturate with higher doses of creatine before I go down to a maintenance level, etc.) CONS - Taste and appearance. Yeah, pre-mixed pre-workouts probably taste better and look like a fancy sports drink because they are filled with Xylitol and Yellow-80, so my mixture of 4 ingredients plus a little water leaves me gagging over the sink trying to choke it down. But I kind of expected that. You may be able to mix this with orange juice or something to make it less awful? - Packaging. No scoops and the zip lock is kind of hard to close. Also, the bags are pretty inflexible, so I have to shove them down into the drawer I store them in.

Works Great!
I ordered this product after doing a lot of homework on arginine and coming to the conclusion that supplementing with citrulline would be my best bet for the effects I'm after. I'm anemic and I noticed that every time I would take something with arginine/citrulline I would get an incredible amount of clean energy and focus. I'm forever trying to permanently squash my caffeine habit so I started experimenting with other "outside the box" ways to get energy and have found amino acids to be a gift from above. I have a pet theory that anything that helps with blood flow will have a particularly positive effect on my system since I am anemic so on a whim I ordered this to test my theory out. I'm glad I did. As usual I'm pleased with the product itself; the speed it got to me and the kind customer service emails are a nice bonus as well. I love the simple packaging. The powder itself is super fine and disappears in water. I use a small shaker cup for all my powders and with a few shakes the citrulline is completely dissolved. I've also just dumped it into a cup and swirled it around until the powder dissolved. The citrulline does not clump at the bottom. If there's any residue in the cup when I'm done I have yet to notice it. I found the powder to have a faint sweet smell but the taste is more tart. If I mix it into water I barely notice it; it reminds me of lemonade. I'm considering making a jug of pink lemonade and dumping some into it because it seems like the citrulline would make a nice addition to that kind of drink. Overall I am pleased with the product. I love this company and will continue ordering with them. Their prices are great and I have yet to have gotten anything from them that did not perform better than I expected. Another fine product and happy customer.

Another great supplement from Bulk Supplements
Another good supplement from this great company. I use this as a weightlifting athlete. I'm an undergrad in Biochem, so here's some limited background and science on the PRODUCT (citrulline) as I understand it: Citrulline is an amino acid that is converted to arginine after ingestion. Arginine is useful for an athlete because it is an essential amino acid that regulates bloodflow and nitric oxide levels (in weightlifting, this equates to more blood flow to muscles, allowing for stronger contractions and a better "pump"). There are oral supplements that are simply just arginine, however, this method is not reliable for increasing arginine levels in the body because they are weakly orally active, meaning that the arginine is not efficiently absorbed by the intestines. However, citrulline is. As a result, taking citrulline and allowing your body to convert it to arginine is more efficient in raising arginine levels in your body, as opposed to supplementing with just arginine. The mechanism is pretty well understood among the scientific community. Personally, I've been using this supplement (from a variety of brands) for over a year and a half now and I would say it definitely does the job. Citrulline is found naturally in a lot of different meat and fish products. However, if you don't eat fish or meat products, or not very much of them, chances are you are going to benefit from a citrulline supplement. As far as the brand goes, I recently began ordering from Bulk Supplements all the time. Their supps are almost always the least expensive and cleanest stuff you can get from any company (clean as in no other ingredients; you only get what you came for. That's how it should be in the whole supplement industry, but often that isn't the case.) Great job, Bulk Supplements.
