Putting it together was slow, but reasonably easy. Just take your time. Once finished, it's our favorite thing in the room. We leave the fire light on 24/7 as a night light. Only ran the heat once to test it. Works fine.

I chose the cherry cabinet, the cabinet in terms of effort was easy, all hand tightened assembly. Having a large enough area to work with is key; follow the steps from step 1 on, and you'll be good. Spend time organizing the parts after idetifying assemble in correct order. It is best for two people to assemble with patience, as it took me several hours. I did feel the sense of great satisfaction when it was complete and setup, The fireplace works great, only lacking remote, but works perfect manually. Pay attention all fasteners are included I was short 4 screws needed to mount the doors on. what a pain on, easy trip to store, I'll see how easy it is to have the seller replace the missing screws.. It really makes my 55" 4k tv look amazing. I'm very happy. It is laminated particle board, price is consistent with NON hardwood, and priced right. I purchased black friday and saved an incredible 61% SO HAPPY ABOUT THAT!

The media could not be loaded. There is no thermostat for the heater. You can use the flames with or without using the heater. Nicer than I expected but took a while to put together. Has 2 storage compartments with doors, and room behind the fireplace/heater to store cords/backup power supply for tvs,game systems etc..

The media could not be loaded. Had it 2 days. So far so good.It's what we expected in terms of the final project. Took hours, by myself, to put together.I didn't watch the instructional video, instead followed the booklet. It's very simple, but a million little screws and such. I used a dab of wood glue when inserting the wooden dowel nubs.It's made mostly of pressed wood with a veneer which can scratch or chip easily. Be careful and go slowly. We have a large area rug in living room and some space, so I put it together there. You'll need space. I also organized everything before I began to facilitate the process. Glad I did that.Most things like this are made of pressed wood. It's very heavy when finished. You will need a hand toward the end to turn it upside down and put fire unit inside. Be careful how you pick it up or the pressed wood pieces will break bc of weight. No extra screws or extra parts.Overall the price was okay. We got what we expected, cabinet/TV stand/fireplace combo.We paid $133, and will keep it.(Will update if anything changes.)

As in the headline. A very nice product for the price. Here are my pros and cons.Pros:-Came well packaged and protected. (heavy package so do recommend 2 people when moving package).-Looks higher quality then it is.-Easy to fallow instructions (Does take some time to put together though, took me about 3 hours).-Fireplace had a decent look to it. In other-words not very cheesy.-Fits and makes my TV look very nice on it with room for my soundbar in-front of the tv.-Excellent open shelf for both my Xbox and PS4 with plenty of room for both systems to breath. along with room for any small art pieces.-Inside shelfs have plenty of room and very steady for heavier objects.-The 2 contrasting colors look very nice.-well balanced and not very worried about running into it knocking anything off/over.-nice aluminum handles and support bars for the doors and upper support.-adjustable shelfs.Cons:-Uses cheaper wood substitute.-fairly easy to scratch/dent.-Needed to buy wood glue in order to make it more structurally sound.-Some of the pre-drilled holes were off and left some with little or to much wiggle room where you put in the support pegs-Foot supports were fairly cheap. And seemed pretty easy to break if you were to slide the stand around on carpet or any surface really.-The doors shut and stay shut fairly well. However it would be nice if they had a magnet to secure the doors when shut.-did not cover all of the stand in the material they used to look like wood.Otherwise from a few personal faults it truly is a nice sturdy TV stand for its price.

It took me a minute to put this all together and it looks great don't get me wrong but after seeing this as a deal and rushing to make a purchase I was all excited. I was all excited until I went to a friends house who had something similar spent just a little more money and had more bells and whistles like temp control, remote just to name a few. Don't get me wrong it does a great job for a bedroom but will not work for a basement with rabbit holes leading the draft in. Then all you have is a nice light work of fake flames. But if you were in a College Dorm, renting a place, first apartment or even the bedroom (med size) this is the thing you need if you don't mind getting up turning it off. So back to the electric heater next to the basement couch. I am not trying to take this thing apart unless someone wants to buy it as is half price.Instructions were good to follow and it would help to have two people but one person can put it together, just make sure you count and separate the parts it will be confusing and you will miss place them. Also when doing alone don't watch lame B rated movies that will somehow draw you away from putting this thing together because you will be asking yourself why am I still watching this movie lol. But in the long run this is a nice product to have for a starter kit but if your looking to really heat up a nice size room just spend the money it wont hurt and read the descriptions look for temp control that you can control and a remote can be a plus especially from the comforts of your couch.
