PerformTex Au Naturel, 2" X 16.4"

I had been seeing a podiatrist for a couple months for some foot and ankle pain. Each time I went he would tape up my foot with 2 different types of tape, one of which was a kinesiology tape like this (the other was leokotape). There was a reason why he combined the 2 types but I don't think I could explain it. It has something to do with one having more give (kinesiology) and the other being stiffer (leukotape). I think! :) I purchased this tape and the other type as well to be able to duplicate what he had been doing.I found that the tape worked fine and my foot/ankle did feel like it had more support while it was on. I agree with the other reviewer though that it doesn't stay on as long as I'd hoped. The tape the podiatrist used stayed on for 7-10 days of regular wear (including showers). This tape stays on only about half that. I've read that you really have to rub it on good (enough to warm it up) right after you apply it to get it stick longer. I haven't had to wear it as much since my foot is much better and I haven't been out on any long hikes recently. But the next time I use it I will try that.Either way, having it only stay on 3-4 days didn't really bother me and I like the extra support it gives my ankle.

Tape works well but unfortunately gives my child a rash. I switched to pediatric tape and it works much better.

Greek support for my shoulder

I personally loved this tape. it relieved a pain in my knee that kept me from running. i had a Physical therapist apply it and he told me its important to rub it (and warm it) so it sticks, or else you will get failed results like the other post.He also used their performance tape which sticks too well and exfoliates my hairy legs, but if your an athelete you might appreciate their performance line, which dries quicker

I got this for my fiance because he was having trouble with his shoulder. He was using Spidertech patches because I had gotten them for free. They worked great and this was to be similar. Well, it didn't help his pain and the tape started coming off minutes after we put it on. Then when we removed it, it took some of his skin off as well. Not very good. I don't prefer this, but others seem to. I guess you have to try it to find out if it works for you.
