Q: Can someone let me know the longest measurement of the base so I can be sure this will fit level on my carousel (which has a raised lip around edge)?

The base is 10 3/4", the top is 12.5" (yes, it is bigger than the bottom), and the width, including handles, is 9". Hope that helps.
