Well, let me start by saying I didnt order these for working out! We have a 11 yr old lab with arthitis and jumping up and down off the couch and bed are proving to be more difficult as she gets older. We have wood floors in one area, and carpet in the other. We thought she needed a little "boost" to help her on/off of things and these being 1 inch thick was a big bonus! They do have some give but not a lot so she'll feel stable. So, they arrived just now, I hooked 2 together and then 2 more to make a square. I put it in front of the love seat and she immediately hopped up on it with very little problem! My husband looked at me and said "Worth EVERY penny!!!!"... .Now, I have a LOT more of these and will go place them around the bottom of our bed so she wont have to hit the hard floors when jumping down. These mat pieces are large, 24 inches, and they are textured which is nice for traction! They press together very nicely where you barely see the seam. I'm completely impressed. For our purpose these are PERFECT. And to be honest, they'd be GREAT for yoga, working out, kids area, etc. The shipping was so fast when we got the notification we had a package, I was shocked it was these!! Curled Edges at First: Some edges were slightly curled initially, but flattened down once in use. Visible Seams: Under bright lighting, tile joints may show. Not a big deal for me—if you need seamless coverage, a solid mat might be better. ✅ Final Verdict: This puzzle mat is an excellent, budget-friendly upgrade for any home gym or workout space. Very happy with product so far. Foam density feels ideal. Well packaged, great communication from seller indicating the possibility of multiple shipments, however mine all arrived early and together. Pattern has great grip and is double-sided. Every square came with a flat fringe and a corner fringe that were all well cut and easy to remove. Very satisfying to put together 😊. Note about sizing: 24"x24" in includes the fringe, which is removed on all but your edge pieces, so when ordering and using multiple you will get a compounding error in your measurements so expect large builds (pictured is 12'x18') to end up a bit smaller than the measured area.

These mats serve their purpose and were good enough for what I needed them for. My parents actually have the same ones in their home gym and have had them for about three years with moderate use, and they’ve held up well. They interlock nicely, were extremely easy to put together and are a fair quality. They are not extremely heavy duty, more like a thicker foam, but they are still durable enough for a typical home gym setup. I also appreciated the size, I got the 96sqft coverage .8 thickness it came with 24 squares. I used all 24 to cover my small home gym area. One thing to be mindful of is if you are installing them in an unfinished basement or a new build. I would recommend making sure the floor has been thoroughly swept and mopped first. The mats are black and tend to hold onto dust, so you will notice footprints easily if dust gets tracked onto them.

Lo he puesto en la habitación de mi hijo para que se arrastre sin sentir frío y estoy encantada. Es mullido, no resbala, aguanta todos los golpes y además quita el frío de toda la habitación. Una maravilla y por supuesto que seguiré comprando más!

I bought these so I could work out in my garage on the cement floor. I do HIIT workouts and needed something that would give me some cushion, I have suffered from shin splints in the past. I have used these for a while now and I have had no pain in my shins. The tiles lock in really well and there have been no signs of wear after extensive use. This mat has been great and I would highly recommend it. My only small issue is that it tends to slide around a little and I had to put something under it to keep it from sliding on the cement.
