Q: What is the phosphorus and sodium content for this food?

There's a lot of meat in the wet food and meat has naturally occurring phosphorus. There are few to no additives which would have extra meat. I don't know about the salt. Open Farm has a website in case you'd like to ask there. Best wishes

Q: Can I return remaining 11 boxes if my cat won't eat it?

All you can do is try, but I honestly don't think you can return food products (human or animal) to Amazon.

I received 12 containers/boxes of the wild-caught salmon. I would definitely contact Amazon and/or the company itself.
