Q: So it's not really vintage or authentic?

This propeller is new. It's made to look vintage/antique by the manufacturer who is Authentic Models.

Q: Does the propeller come with mounting hardware to hang the propeller from the ceiling?

The mounting hardware was for a wall mount. I made my own stand and placed my prop on a shelf. Prop is well made but not prohibitively heavy so one could make his own hanger.
