Almost like new!
It came in very clean, minimal dirt with no visible scratches. Got it set up and have been using it with no problems. I have had one instance where the laptop started exerting itself with a lot of force and I could hear the fan blasting very loudly for seemingly no reason. I've had this same problem with my older laptop as well so I'm not sure if this is a problem that happens with all macbooks or if this is something that happens because the macbook is just getting old.

Would 100% recommend
I was quite hesitant to get it but I’ll be quick with the review. The battery health is normal, I haven’t seen more than 2 very minimal scratches on it; It comes with a charger; all the keys work perfectly; keyboard had a few crumbs but were easily brushed off; very very quick delivery. If you’re a broke college student like me I would 100% say get it. I got the excellent quality

STAY AWAY!!!
I should’ve read the reviews before I bought this. I bought it for my daughter’s 10th birthday. It came in the mail the day before her birthday. It would not turn on. I tried to charge it over and over and it just would not work. I had to go to Apple and then end up buying her a brand new one do not buy this Mac!

My son was so happy getting this for Christmas. He was thrilled it was an older model that he knew how to operate and can connect his phone

The Apple is a Great Price!
My husband liked it but the company Manager told him they decided to use a different laptop, so he returned it for that reason. It was purchased specifically for that one job and had no use for it because has one for his remote job. He did not need two. This is a great laptop if your looking for one.

One thing makes it not 5 stars
Works great, was in very good condition. The only thing though is the USB ports keep not working so I have to keep doing a reset (resetting the SMC). It fixes for a while then the USB ports stop working, which means I can’t charge my laptop. It didn’t have this problem less than a month ago when I first ordered it.

Refurbished item… Really?
My purchase is very satisfactory. It’s really good condition. Like new works well no scratches no dings no buttons missing really good. Quality sound is clear. It really does operate and feel like a brand new computer.

Compré esta computadora hace 5 meses, se calentaba un poco desde el comienzo, pero desde los dos meses comenzó a apagarse cuando se sobrecalentaba y ahora directamente ya no prende. No la recomiendo en absoluto, ni siquiera dan soluciones para el caso.

Es año 2019 funciona bien lo que no me gusto es que el teclado lo pintaron la luz del teclado casi ni se ve pero lo demás está bueno
