Q: is it better to get the tablets or powder? What would you guys recommend? which one hits ur system quicker or better?

I feel the tablets make you urinate less compared to the powder. When I had the powder, I would go 3 times before it went back to "normal". Tablet has only made me go once.

It was introduced July 4, 2015 to a group of 94 distributors. I was present. I started taking it immediately, daily. Still do and I recommend it. There are around 150,000 people selling it. Independent testing lab shows it is ultra-high quality containing 60 minerals, 18 vitamins, 12 amino acids and perhaps the highest ORAC antioxidant value (160,000) in any product. That's pretty amazing, as you know. The brand is Youngevity and Dr. Wallach of "Dead Doctors Don't Lie" fame and this has become their flagship product, supplanting but not replacing their powder versions (mix in liquid). You cannot buy it from any big box store, nor even from the parent company. You can buy it only from licensed Youngevity distributors. Disclosure: I sell it on Amazon.

Q: do the tablets have the same exact vitamins/minerals as the powder?

The powders have about twice the volume of minerals but the both have exactly the same 60 vitamins, 18 minerals and 12 amino acids. Powders have more than 8,000 ORAC antioxidants and tablets have 20x as much at 160,000. At 170 pounds, I need to take two doses a day, so I enjoy powders with Osteo-Fx and Rebound for breakfast (tastes great) and tablets later because they are more convenient. Q: Are these a hard pill or a soft-gel?

they're hard tablets but are chewable, wouldn't recommend chewing but they break down
