A great punch bag from the seller. You can customise the size you would like and the colour. It comes with all the attachments required for hanging from a ceiling joist or indeed from a pole.You can fill it with various dry soft materials, I opted to cut up loads of old clothes and sheets destined for the charity shops. You get a really dense fill this way.This bag weighs in at about 25kg with the filling I’ve used.Thank you for the great product 😊🙏🏻

Please could you contact me as the punch bag has not come with any filling or any of the chains to hold the bag up ?Not happy as this was not listed as not part of the order

Used it twice falling apart ok for 5yer old it’s rubbish wasted my munny

I’ve been waiting on my package for over a month and it sill didn’t come so I returned it I would recommend to anyone not to by this unkind regards me
