Comfy effective and they stay put
I really like these - they were simple to add in, are great for grip and blister prevention and are a good fit. They are super soft and squishy and a nice size that is not too big. They stick very well (I have not needed to replace any) and I like the design for a variety of shoes. Dr. Scholls has a great product here.

They really work
March 2022 Update: Unfortunately these don’t stick for long, although I have been wearing the same shoes almost everyday, they didn’t hold up for longer than a few months. But the issue could be fixed by using your own adhesives. Just a shame that the product itself didn’t have one strong enough, hence changing the review to four-star. Original Review: I got some time right now so I'm writing a review. And I'm writing it for this item as it honestly deserves one. I have two pairs of flats that I love but hurt the back of my feet so badly that I feared wearing them. Well not anymore, these liners REALLY helped. I forget I have them on and just go about my day in my beautiful shoes, now in comfort. Just be aware that they might make already small shoes tighter, mine had the little extra room.

These saved my feet, just don’t use the clear ones
I bought these for a trip to Europe after getting a few last minute shoes (flats, heels, loafers). The fabric tan and black ones saved my feet but the plastic clear ones RUINED ME. Maybe it’s because I thought it’d keep my heel firm in place so I wore without socks, but holy grapefruit there was a lot of blood. If you do get all 3 and risk it, buy some blister pads. They’ll also stick to the clear ones so you’ll need to buy a lot.

Works well enough
Adhesive is a bit weak as some reviews mention. But still works for me. Worked better upside down for my shoe. Tbh should be cheaper

Great for protecting heels from a part of heel that rubs
Like that these are thin. My shoes fit so don’t want thick heel pads but jut enough to cover a rough seam in back of my favorite brand of shoes. These are perfect for that. So many heel protectors want to fill space for loose fitting shoes and are too thick for just covering a manufacturing rough spot

These are my shoe secret weapon!
Every woman needs these. I put them in all my flats and they're perfect for heel comfort. I also keep these in my travel bag in case I need them. NOTE: I only use the soft fabric ones, not the rubber ones. The rubber ones bothered my heels and irritated my skin. I'm sure they would have wrecked my heels if I wore them. As for the fabric version? BUY THEM!

Don't use clear plastic one
The plastic clear ones fall off quickly and cause blisters, but the fabric ones stay on and have worked great on my running shoes for 2 months.

The adhesive is not good. It cannot be reused and it peels off the inside lining in the shoe.

These have been a godsend for me! They stick very well to the shoe and definitely do what they’re supposed to. No more rubbing on my heel with some shoes due to these! Good value.

I have a small feet and usually wear 5.5 on flats… I recently bought a 6 online and it was big, couldn’t wear! With this Dr. School’s product I could comfortably wear the size 6 fitted for me! Love it! Never disappoints
