Wonderful!
Yes, the bars are bitter, but really good! Not overpowering and melt in your mouth. I am really enjoying them. At first I wished the bars were bigger but they are actually just the right size.

Terrible Quality – Arrived Melted and Inedible
I received my order right after it was delivered, and the entire box was melted. I put it in the refrigerator to try to salvage it, but when I went to open it, the wrapper was completely stuck to the mini bars—half of each bar was lost just trying to peel it off. The little bit I managed to taste was awful. Overall, a huge disappointment from start to finish.

Great, but keep away from dogs!
Tastes great, and I am thrilled that it has no sugar. I try not to eat anything that contains refined white sugar. Last but not least, I keep the chocolate mini bars in a glass canister with a tightly sealed lid on a high shelf, as I have a very curious dog who loves to eat. Anyway, as probably most of you folks know, chocolate is toxic to dogs.

Good for special diets
Woah! That's Cacao! ... Good way to stay healthy while on keto like diets - just don't expect a sweet treat. It's the crunch & mouth feel; there's something about chocolate that's just good for the mind & body.

Doing it for the antioxidants.
These are Awful! BUT, Im going to eat them for the antioxidant in them. Im diabetic, im trying to stay away from sugar. They taste terrible, but thats because im used to full sugared milk chocolate bars.

Has a strange salty taste
Yes, I've had baker's chocolate before, several times, from different companies and it definitely has a bitter taste when you bite into it. However, this is the first time that I've experienced a salty taste... a very strong salt taste. I tried using this in my usual recipes, but I was unable to remove that salty taste. I'm not sure if I received spoiled product or perhaps it's the way this product is processed. Either way, I won't buy this again and I will need to toss the batch of cookies and brownies because no one wants to eat them.
