This tape is easy to attach to rug, and then the floor. I have never had it come up. When I have pulled it up and off, it leaves little residue. That left easily comes up with soap and water. The entire strip of tape, I put down, does not leave residue, just some small spots. It has been used on both inside and outside rugs. I have shared it, and everyone has liked it too, too. I've ordered more than once because I've changed locations of rugs. It does absolutely no damage to rugs or the floor.

So my wife and I had some extra carpet after doing three room. So we decided to use it in a spare room, We used this tape to help keep the carpet in place, it was very easy to use, stuck to what I needed it to, pieces that we pieced together stick together and hold in place. This tape works great and at 30 feet x 2 in it was perfect to do the job. I recommend this product and I will be getting more as I have other places I'm going to use it to tape down more carpet we buy. Recommended

The tape absolutely keeps my small, decorative rug in place, eliminating the danger of slipping and falling. It was a tad hard to deploy as it tended to stick to itself. But the main problem is that the roll was so huge that I can't imagine how I'll ever use it up!

perfect. I tried those little sticker things that you put in the corners underneath the carpet.. and they usually work fine for the bathroom floors, but I needed something for my area rug in my carpeted room. I tried the stickers but just ended up ruining them bc they didn’t hold the rug at all. First I just did the corners with thus, but that wasn’t enough, mainly bc I use this rug quite often when i’m working at home and it’s been challenging to get it to stop bunching up and moving. Drives me insane. Anyway so I ended up doing like 7 or 8 long rows the length of the rug spaced an inch or two apart.. so it’s essentially completely taped and it hasn’t moved the tiniest bit !! I had to slightly alter a few places and lifting this from the carpet was not easy.. this was stuck !! but in a good way !! 🤣I will keep this on hand prob for the rest of my life.. not sure if all brands of this style tape are this good or if this brand is just goat. not sure but I will buy more when I need it. Most people it might last forever but I have this thing with vacuuming 🤣and I haven’t tried the rug yet since I taped it bc the vacuum is like an industrial grade so it’s super powerful and sucks up everything even too much so i’ve been scared. So I may have to redo this every time I vacuum it not sure yet. Best purchase in a minute.

I purchased a 9x12 1/2 pile area rug and was having difficulty getting it to lay flat. This tape was amazing. I flipped the rug over and place 4 strips across the rug, two in the middle and one on each end. After peeling off the backing and pressing out the humps the rug has stayed flat. I would definitely recommend this product.

Didn’t stick to the back of one of two of my entry rugs that has rubber backing.

Tape works great to keep rugs from moving and buckling. Lasts a long time. The rugs were always moving and buckling . We tried this tape they look great now. Grat product.

This is a very good two-sided tape for area rugs! Spend a little bit more for quality!!!
