Q: How do I send a photo that’s in my email

I would tap on the photo in the email and see if it brings it up on it’s own if not just take a photo which should go into your photo files, once you want to send it off to be put onto a canvas then use your fingers to make it smaller or bigger and to get rid of any writing etc so your only left with the photo

Q: Why does it keep telling me to review photo policy and wont accept my photo??

Possibly has something in the photo it believes is against the policy. I had to move my image around to get it to accept it.

Q: When I upload my photo, it doesnt fill the whole box. Do I have to adjust placement to fill the whole box?

If the photo is vertical, it will still cover edge -to- edge on canvas. If horizontal,I belived it will cover the extent of photo pixtles, however the company are quite good in using colours to cover edge- to edge Canvas frame. Hope this helps. Regards G.
