Yes, you can get replacement trowels & handle.

Q: can it be switched to the other end for left hand use?

Yes it can. But, keep in mind that the short notched side will now be at the heel instead of the toe.

Q: Can you buy individual blades somewhere

No, I haven’t looked into that.
