Helped considerably with isolation and sound quality
After reading many reviews I decided to give these a try. Not sorry I did. They are for Sennheiser IEM CX400bt and not the exact fit recommended for these earbud tips. I have found that these are slightly too long for these earbuds. I am experimenting with shaving a little bit off the back until the fit is right. For others it may be just fine. The isolation has doubled from the original silicone tips. They do take a little bit of patience to get the installation into the ear right. Squeeze too much and there is no grip while the memory foam expands into the ear canal. Don't squeeze enough and the earbuds wont go in and there is no grip. I have experienced no issue so far with the tips falling off the buds and staying in my ears as some have reported. Sound quality has improved in some ways and stayed the same in others. Bass is tighter and more solid than before do to tighter seal. The high end is slightly recessed due to the longer length of the tips and the wax guards which I am going to take out. Once I get them trimmed to correct length and remove the wax guards and listen for a while I will get a better idea and update the review. So far I have seen no evidence of any deterioration or disintegration of the foam. These are used 8-10 hours a day so they see some heavy use. Update 1: Before I hit submit I trimmed the tips to the same length as the original silicone tips and what an immediate difference. That made these sound almost as good as the hifiman planar headphones direct off the DAC. I have never these buds sound this good. I have tried several of my test tracks that I know almost as good as the artist and I cannot believe that tips can make that much difference in the sound of IEM's. That bass is even more tight than I ever heard before. the high end opened right up and what I am still trying to figure out is the huge increase in imaging and soundstage. It's like the buds are not there as the soundstage is several feet around my head. This is by far the absolute biggest improvement I have heard in all my years of tweaking and upgrading audio equipment. All for $20 for 3 simple little pieces of memory foam. It is hard to believe that it is streaming over Bluetooth Aptx and can sound this good. These are well worth the price and if you are a tweaker and spend a little time experimenting the results will be well worth the time. I think I have gotten them as good as I can but I have two more sets to play with so maybe there is a further improvement to be had. Just for kicks I put the silicone tips back on and all the above comments completely collapsed to good sound, but nothing like I had gotten to with the modified tips. It's like the difference between a great pair of dynamic speakers and a tuned set of Acustat electrostatics. Get a set of these and play around with them. I'm sure similar results can be had with other brands of earbuds. Update 2: I believe difference in sound quality is the result of how the soft silicone tips can easily compress and distort the shape of the canal between the earbuds and the outlet into the ear canal. Also these tips have a straight shot(except for the wax shields which I removed) into the ear canal. When I trimmed the tips to the original length I noticed that the tips no longer were bottoming out in the ear canal and there was some distance between the tips and the eardrum. There was also an immediate marked improvement in comfort. There was a cross support at the end of the original tips that was there to prevent the silicone tips from collapsing but also reduced the clear cross sectional area to be reduced by my guess 40% without any compression of the silicone tips. If the tips compressed when inserted it would reduce the cross section even more. This could be causing all sorts of reflected sound waves to be created internally in the barrel, smearing the timing and phase relationships before exiting. Just a theory, but the results speak for themselves. There really is that much of a difference. I'm sure the same types of result will be had with other brands and some experimentation.

BlueBuds X - better get Meineke!
As other reviewers have mentioned, these are very hard to get on the BlueBuds X. You can't just pop them on - you've gotta force 'em on. With that said, if you manage to get them on, they're great. Very comfortable, excellent noise suppression and very secure. I'm curious to see about their durability - if there's anyone who can make these last, it's me. I always put my headphones back in the case when I'm done. And I treat them with great care. Plus, I wear ear plugs every night, and they never wear out. I'll write again in a few months if/when they wear out. **Update** Two months in: Still going strong; no sign of damage. One note; with the warmer/more humid weather, the foam is "squooshier" making it harder to put them in my ears. Gotta jam them in my ears faster before they expand. Also, no matter the weather, these aren't ideal if you have to constantly take them in and out of your ears. Once they get warm from being in your ears, ideally, you have to wait for them to cool down before you can put them back in. You can put them right back in, but the warm foam is less than ideal to work with and the fit isn't as good. **Update #2** Almost five months and still using the original pair. I've bought a second set for my wired earbuds, so I'm going to tell what I've learned. The new set is just like I remember; you squeeze them, and they stay compressed for a little while, then expand in your ear. My older pair doesn't behave this way anymore. So the reason that Comply recommends that you change them every few months isn't because they fall apart, it's because you get a better fit with a fresh pair. While I prefer the fresh-out-of-the-box fit, I see no reason to stop using an old pair just because I have to wiggle them into my ears.

If u just use them couple of time wax get all over and makes it sticky and uncomfortable and hard to get in your ear I would look for better ones.

I've always had massive fit issues with in ear monitors. I find most silicon tips just slide right out, have a really poor seal, or are very uncomfortable. I had reached the point where I had all but given up on using anything in ear as I was constantly pushing them back in as they fell out, often before I could reach the front door, let alone exercise. Then I was introduced to memory foam tips. I've tried most brands of foam tips and Comply are the best by far. I'm an isolation plus fan all the way. They create a great seal without discomfort even during exercise when most tips would just walk out of my ears. They also give great noise isolation compared to silicon. Don't forget to "roll" the tips before insertion (as per instructions) and do hold them in place for around 15 seconds while they warm up and mould themselves to your ears. You'll get deeper insertion, better isolation and less chance of them slipping out if you do this. The downside of Comply is a tiny effect on treble and bass with some iems, though this can be a bonus if you've got a pair prone to high frequency resonance. With most iems it's negligible and certainly doesn't interfere in the way a bad seal does. Another thing to be aware of is memory foam tips don't last forever, regardless of manufacturer. All are degraded by the natural oils from your skin and will break down over time. I wash mine regularly and they last for ages, a practice I'd recommend regardless of what eartips you use. If you really can't get on with comply and have fit/seal/comfort issues then try AZLA SednaEarfit XELASTEC which I find to be the best silicon type tips by far. They aren't as comfortable as Comply, do need frequent washing and don't last forever before they start to lose their properties either. They also don't come close to Comply for isolation. Overall Comply are the best and will last as long as I would want to keep an eartip without replacement.

I have used these for many years now on a variety of different ear buds from Seinheisser and Sony. They are much better then the tips supplied by the ear phone manufacturers and help block out the road noise on a busy A Road during my morning constitutional walk. They also help to keep the buds firmly stuck in my ears. They do seem expensive but each pair lasts several months and the improvement is worth every penny.

I have been struggling to find proper tips that fits both my ear canals, especially my right side. Keeps losing seal after a minute or less which is super annoying, to say the least. I am using the FiiO fh7s and they are decent IEMs and these Comply TX500 really made them sing like none other. Comfy and awesome seal so I can listen for hours on end without a worry.
