The Lisaro power rack has two safety spotters on the left and right side of the cage, which can be adjusted in height via screwable safety racks. These 20 positions are essential for safe and versatile exercises.
Four modern, height-adjustable J-Hooks as well as typical bench press exercises allow both training in and in front of the cage, as weight benches can easily be placed in the interior.
This machine offers the possibility for pull-ups, squats, bench presses and much more, and is still expandable.
Also two dips bars are included which can be easily attached - ideal for bending up exercises with and without weight belts. The Lisaro Power Rack gives you everything.
