yes, You still need to purchase the wire but this is a UL liquid tight conduit to protect the wire.

We unrolled ours outdoors in the sun for several hours on the warm pavement. That seemed to help in our situation.

Q: I am needing some flexible conduit to bury and run electrical (115V) inside. Is this burial rated?

We used it in a factory to pull ethernet cable in. I normally use gray Schedule 40 conduit for anything direct buried. You can buy 45 and 90 degree sweeps and it's fairly flexible. This product is outdoor rated and holds up well above ground but i would check with the manufacture to verify that it can be used underground.

Q: would this be good for burying a landline phone line?

You certainly could, however there’s much cheaper way to do it. Just use half-inch solid conduit or half-inch flexible conduit both of which would be much cheaper than 1 inch conduit for a phone line
