A**.
A Perfumery Goldmine
I don't agree with the other seller that this book isn't worth buying. It is small, 90 pages, but mighty. Much if the info MAY be free on the web but it is a slig trying to find it....I should know, I have hunted for years. The information is a small gold mine for beginning perfumers, whether natural or synthetics are used. It is nice to have the known Jean Carles information compiled in one place and in well translated English. My copy is hardcover with a dust jacket. I would have been fine with a cheaper paperback, but it is sturdy and will last my lifetime. Do not hesitate! Worth every penny if for nothing more than the convenience it offers.

A Nose for fragrance
The book is an excellent dissertation on the various common accords found in the perfume industry, and how they have developed over the century. A must read for anyone interested in the development of scent.
