Q: Would a medium fit a size 10 in women?

I believe so, I wear size 8-81/2 shoe but now need to wear an AFO plastic type boot all the time that makes my foot a couple of sizes larger. Darco fits fine over it. Good luck.

Q: Is it slip resistant?

I never had any issue of sliding even on hard wood floors. This boot is way more comfortable than the one I got from the ER.

Q: Does it come in both foot

The boot is for either foot. There is no right or left.
