That statement however, comes with certain caveats.Let me begin by saying, the product arrived very quickly, was well packaged and protected and, included everything needed to complete product assembly and setup. Along with, an assortment of screws and spacers for mounting a wide range of monitor(s). And, a healthy supply of ‘spare’ parts, to replace anything lost or damaged during assembly and setup. The only things you’ll need to supply are; a (#2) Philips screw driver, to attach your monitors. And possibly, a drill and drill bit, to drill a clearance hole through your desks top, if/when using the optional center bolt through mounting method. Now, on to the review.Many Hands Make Light Work. - A second pair of hands, to help you get everything set up, will make things a lot easier and go a lot faster. Don’t get me wrong. A person working alone can get everything put together, wired up, locked into position and bolted down. I did. But, a second pair of hands would have made the whole affair a lot easier. If working by yourself, use a couple clamps to keep the base stable, while you sort out the monitor configuration that works for you.The More (monitors), The Merrier! - However, unless you have very new, ultra thin and light weight monitors, when mounting 2 or more monitors, plan to use the center bolt through desktop mounting option. This requires a single, pass-through hole to be drilled in your desks top. I say ‘plan’ because, even with just two monitors on center (22” above 24”), the monitor mounting plates project the weight of the monitor(s) forward, well past the center line of the base, rendering the weighted base all but completely incapable of keeping the whole thing from falling forward.When mounting 3 monitors across, you can stabilize the base by pushing the left and right monitors to the rear, behind the center monitor and the center line of the base but, depending on the size of the side monitors, the thickness of their bezels and, their orientation (landscape or portrait), you may end up visually cutting off a little sliver or, a large slice of each monitors viewable screen. I’m perhaps a little OCD and can’t stand not seeing the entirety of my screens, bezel and all. Making this an option I couldn’t live with so, I had to use the center bolt through mounting option.Video and Power and Audio Cables, Oh My! - The built-in cable management system makes keeping things neat and tidy a snap but, have Velcro straps or zip ties handy for enhanced cable management. While the built-in cable management system works, depending on the thickness and weight of the video, power and, audio cables you run from each monitor, the built-in cable management clips may or may not be up to the task of keeping your cables in check. I have rather old, thick and stiff, DVI and power cables so; I found adding a few zip ties to be necessary. And, if you think you’ll end up repositioning your monitors often or, even occasionally, I recommend investing in a cheap roll of double-sided Velcro from harbor freight or a similar store, to make reconfiguring your cable management, quick and easy.In conclusion, all things considered, I would not hesitate to recommend this particular stand, to any family, friend or, co-worker, who’s in the market for a multi-monitor stand, for use at home or in the office.Disclaimer: I received this product at a discount for my honest review.

Nice Stand for the money

Once you go multi monitor it is very hard to ever go back to using a single screen. I use three monitors myself: a twenty three inch LED monitor in the middle, and a matched pair of twenty two inch LCD monitors on the left and right sides. The problem is that with all those monitors there wasn't much room left on my desk. Now with this monitor stand my desk is basically free except where the center monitor would be is now taken up by the single foot of this monitor stand. I don't currently have a fourth monitor, but the bracket that is intended to hold a fourth monitor on top of the stand can be left off. I might get a small touch screen monitor to put up top to control my media player with. The whole set up is pretty heavy once assembled. I had a little trouble moving it around on my own with all three monitors attached. It's very sturdy though so there isn't much worry of it tipping or it moving from bumping the desk. The foot is very deep from front to back, about twice as deep as the monitor stands that were on my monitors, but it's worth it to free up the rest of the space to each side.
