who is ultimate hulk? and red hulk?

well many years ago in the incredible hulk comic banner series Banner came up with the green formula and mixed that with the blue formula that created Captain America the mixture created the grey hulk as for the red one I am not sure. I hope this can answer your question have a nice day.
