It's a good product, a very affordable one when most other similar products in Amazon itself is priced so ridiculously high! The company even called up to check on delivery & quality of product & to take feedback. Now that's a great customer service that too in an Indian company. :)

Not even close to the pic. Received hard dusty big roots. Unable to break with a hammer. Not even sure its mulethi or some other plant root. Very disappointing.
