Q: My item is not working. I filled the reservoir half way and plugged it in. The light does not turn on. Any others having this issue ?

Yes, but I fixed it. What worked for me was gently lifting the tank up an inch or two and then dropping it into place. It worked on the 5th try (the light turned white). So apparently the water sensor isn't very good.

Q: All the water leaks out of the bottom of the humidifier when i put it upright. what am i doing wrong?

The water leaked out when I placed the tank on the machine. I filled the tank and turned the cap to close it all the way. As soon as I placed the tank on the machine (with stickers aligned) all the water leaked out. What to do?

Q: Is the hole in the tank big enough to hold one of those cleaning fish?

No, the plastic fish cleaning items does NOT fit. I bought them for my daughters big vicks vapor humidifier and tried to put one in my and the hole is too small.
