This works fine in my '15 Malibu. Not sure why cabin filters are so expensive. My last car ('00 Buick) had a cabin filter, too, and the replacement filter for it was $4. This seems to fit very nicely, does the job it is intended for, and is one of the least expensive replacements out there. I usually change my air filters once a year as a maintenance checklist item (unless I am driving a lot, then I change the engine air filter more frequently). I see no reason for these filters to cost so much, and this is a good price point for the filters - half what most others cost. Got a couple more for stock.

Personally would buy again. The air quality is great now that it's been placed, so it performs and fits great. It was easy to replace the filter. The filter and seal is good. Just be sure to have tools to get to change it out.
