I found this pillow very supporting and it held my neck in a good position, in fact I don't think I turned my head or moved in the night at all. It is quite small and looks very odd in a standard pillow case. The one thing I found with it was I woke up feeling very sweaty around my head and neck, possibly with having been stuck in one position all night. Having said that I awoke with no neck pain or headache so it seemed to do the job but I returned to my normal pillow purely from the comfort and dryness point of view.

Absolutely brilliant pillow was wired first night although I did wake up without a headache for the first time in weeks. From second night on really comfy and 3 weeks of no headaches so result 👍

Very comfortable but no pillowcase

I wasn't sure how I'd adapt to this pillow as my preference for years has been feather pillows. I get hot so I love that I can turn a feather pillow and get a cool side, often switching between two pillows throughout the night. However, an onset of neck pain which has been getting worse led me to this pillow. First night, took a little while getting to sleep in a set position, neck already in pain, but feeling supported. Woke in morning feeling refreshed having presumably moved around much less during the night. Second night, no delay getting to sleep, and again felt that I'd slept really well, no waking up trying to turn or switch my pillow. I've slept both on my back and on my side, pillow works well for either although maximum support is felt when laid on my back. The pillow hasn't been too hot, I've not needed my 'chillow'. The cut out shape of the sides make it easy to pull into the right position. I've slotted it into a regular pillowcase for freshness, as that will be easier to change. My neck pain seems to be improving already, time will tell but I'm happy with the pillow anyway.

I bought this pillow as I suffer with neck spasms, which if you experience them, can be like torture to deal with! I wanted a pillow with memory foam to mould around my neck rather than just coping with my neck being positioned on a pillow. I have a break at C1, C2, C3 vertebrae so it was vital for my neck to be positioned correctly, so I decided to give this pillow a try.LIKES-------1. The memory foam provides a nice cushioned effect.2. The fabric is lovely to touch and against the skin, as well as being cooling during hot weather.3. It's a reasonable size.DISLIKES-----------1. Given the unusual shape of this pillow, a pillowcase should be included.2. Takes a while to get used to this pillow.3. The pillow should be offered with different comfort levels, as this was too firm for my needs.4. More detailed instructions required, in particular how to place the pillow best for your neck as there are two lengths with different sized grooves. The flatter side has a slight groove also, and I found this preferable at times, until the pillow settled and became less firm.CONCLUSION----------------I was not happy with this pillow for a long time, as it did not help with my neck pain. However, I did not feel comfortable to return a used pillow. I stuck with it and actually use it with additional pillows either side as the deep groove does not sit well with my neck injury. I have reviewed it at 4-stars as I have managed to adapt the way I use it, and I am now able to sleep comfortably whilst using it.

I have had this pillow for a few weeks now but wanted to wait until I'd used it for a while before leaving a review.I think this pillow is a great idea in theory however I feel it has one rather large design flaw. It's a "one size fits all" product and sadly we're all different.I simply don't have a long neck.Sleeping on back:My neck and therefore my airway isn't supported in the way it's shown in the pictures at all, my chin still drops towards my chest because my neck isn't long enough to allow my head to reach the dipped area, instead my head rests on the raised area which is actually intended to support the neck and keep the airway open.Sleeping on side:Similar issue - my head doesn't reach the dipped area so I'm not supported correctly and my cheek is squashed against the raised side support which becomes pretty uncomfortable, it also increases pressure on my jaw.Sleeping on front:Not comfortable in the slightest, I just push this pillow off the bed and use a normal pillow.

I've had neck and back pain for about a year, it started getting so bad I couldn't turn my head properly and it was making me feel sick. This was my last resort and I wish I'd bought it when I first thought about it a year ago. I love it. So comfy and great support. Perfect!!
