Was looking forward to trying this considering the rave reviews and i'm not sorry I did. It has an interesting taste. Would I say I was blown away...no, but I wasn't disappointed either, I liked it. It tastes like honey with a kick- good quality honey. As far as hotness i'd rate the heat level about a 4-6, if 10 is the hottest, 1 the least hot. Has a nice kick to it. I'm not a huge honey fan to begin with so for me to like this says something. I can see it being good on wings. I also enjoyed it with some dairy foods, on top of it, which surprised me. Works well with things like cottage cheese and ice cream. Tried it on pizza... I prefer my pizza without it but it still wasn't bad. Overall, it makes a nice addition to your sauce collection, is versatile and can be used with many different foods. If you like honey and you like heat you will probably enjoy this.

Mike's Hot Honey sauce tastes amazing. A perfect blend of Hot and sweet, when applied to pizza is a match made in heaven. This has become a staple in my cabinet, and after you try will most likely become one of yours.

This honey is amazing. It was recommend from one of My friends from Miami. They use this Honey in a lot of restaurants and added it to Chicken Wings and even Pizza. I love it
