FYI: unless a product WOWS me, good or bad, I don't write a review. I received a letter from the seller that they will provide a $20 gift card if I wrote a review. This seemed like a nice offer, since overall, this product is good. After writing my review and sending the seller necessary proof of my review, they contacted me and requested I change my review to 5 stars. I believe in HONEST reviews and told the seller that I wouldn't change my review. Guess I am not going to receive that $20 gift card. ***But beware, others may not have followed my path.Original Review: I was really excited about this product. I've been having someone apply false lashes for me for years and it's pricey, though gorgeous. As someone who is very low maintenance and not the most coordinated, I bought this product with hopes that it'll be easy to use. And....IT WAS! The eyeliner was a very thin brush so i didn't look like a crazy raccoon and the lashes attached very easily. Lasted a good 2-3 hours before I took them off. Would probably last longer but I don't wearing makeup in general. Hubby even liked the look. Only cons: need to wait a bit longer than expected for eyeliner to dry. If not dry, eyeliner sticks to lashes rather than skin and it's then hard to remove the liner.

Got a letter in the mail asking for a positive review in return for money or free product. Ew. This explains all the good reviews, so be careful.I wanted this to work, and it was nice to try, but I’ll be sticking to traditional glue-on lashes. The lashes require you to apply really thick eye liner all the way into the inner corner. If you’re not used to doing that or don’t like that look, this may not be for you. The band is rather thick so I could never get the inner edge to look right. If you dislodge or adjust the lash, eyeliner may get pulled off with the magnet, leaving you a dashed liner look that must be fixed. I don’t think this is faster, better looking, or lower maintenance than regular lashes.

The makeup artist doing our makeup for my son's outdoor wedding had never used these before and was hesitant about using them on me. She put the eyeliner on me, let it dry, and attached the eyelashes - Boom! Done! She used traditional, glued-on lashes on everyone else. She had to re-glue the maid-of-honor three times. There were extremely high winds that day, but my magnetic lashes didn't budge. They looked great and I couldn't even feel that I had them on. The makeup artist ended up taking a pic of the box so she could order some. She and I are now true believers in this product. One suggestion to the manufacturer - please make the eyeliner AND lashes in brown for those with lighter hair and skin.

I saw many reviews saying these didn’t work. It’s simply not true. If you have never used lashes there is a learning curve but still within 10 minutes of trying I was able to get them on and they lasted all day. I am someone who tried glue lashes many times and could never get the hang of it.The bigger lashes are a bit much. They literally touch my eyebrows. Not sure who would use them unless you are going out for Halloween.They thickness of the normal sizes were great. The magnetic applicator is super easy to use if you are someone that uses eye liner.When you take them off for the day it does peel the liner with them but with there being magnets I would expect that. My only wish is that they had more wispy lashes.

I was skeptical at first, but this actually works. I paid an esthetician once to get individual eyelashes attached to my real eyelashes for my wedding... and that lasted for two weeks. Other than that, I rarely buy eyelash extensions because they have never worked well for me. I tried the ones where I had to apply glue myself... didn’t last long and the idea of accidentally getting glue in my eyes deterred me from ever doing it myself again. I tried one with magnets on the upper and lower eyelashes (they were supposed to sandwich my real eyelashes in between). I couldn’t get those to work at all. They would attach to each other before I could place them properly onto my eyelashes — it was a bad experience and a waste of time and money.I digress. For THESE magnetic eyeliner and eyelashes, they are easy to apply. You just have to keep in mind two things for them to work well: 1) allow the eyeliner to completely dry, and 2) try to place them exactly where you want them to sit (might want to test place the eyelashes before applying the eyeliner to have an idea). If you have to adjust them, then keep in mind that the magnets on the eyelashes can pull up the magnetic eyeliner too (how magnets should work). So, you’ll have to clean off the eyelash magnets (use a q-tip and lightly dip it in eyeliner remover, wipe off and let dry) and reapply the eyeliner where the magnets were pulled off for them to stick properly again.Some people complained that they don’t work after a few times, but I think they didn’t clean off their magnetic eyelashes after each use. You get the magnetic eyeliner stuck on the magnetic eyelashes after removing them, so of course, they won’t stick to your fresh eyeliner as well. Clean them with your makeup remover (or anything gentle that’s oil based like fractionated coconut oil or vitamin E oil), and they’ll serve you well.If the magnetic eyelashes are too long or sticking out weirdly at the ends, then trim them a little, but do NOT trim off the magnets (common sense). If you have issues with your product, then I advise you contact the seller before giving them a terrible review. I was NOT paid to write this review. I actually had an issue with mine, and after I contacted them, they got back to me promptly and fixed the issue. If you’re curious, the item arrived almost as described, except my new and sealed box was missing tweezers. They nicely handled it, and I was very happy. I would buy from them again.

The selection of eyelashes are nice; there is a variety that ranges from very full to more subtle. The magnetic eyeliner is easy to put on and is easily removed with eye makeup remover. You do need to make a somewhat thicker line in order for the lashes to firmly stick. Unfortunately, the eyeliner gave me a headache after about a half-hour and I had to remove everything. The eyeliner will come off onto the eye lash strip and need to be reapplied when you are trying to adjust the lash. It’s a little bit of a tedious process until you get used to it. Overall, it was somewhat time consuming and, due to the headache, didn’t work for me.
