Was impressed with the faucet when we first received it. It felt solid, looked good, and was a good match for our regular faucet, it almost looked like a matched set. Installation was easy and the faucet has functioned well since we bought it. We are in Socal and the water quality is not the best so there have been mineral deposits that have formed. We try to stay on top of removing the build up but it is a losing battle. I reached out to customer support to ask if they had instructions on how to take off the handle so I could clean off the mineral deposits. I was disappointed when they told me that it was a one piece unit and that the handle could not be removed. I was then amazed when they said they would replace the unit, even though we had it for 5 years. Talk about awesome customer service! I have installed a similar set up at my mother's place and we both are very happy with the items. Great quality, great looks and great customer service!

Installation of faucet was very easy and it looks great with our other chrome fixtures. When I contacted support due to a small issue with the first faucet I received, Nick was very accommodating and quickly sent us a replacement. The replacement is perfect. Couldn't be happier.

I bought this faucet 2years ago. A very good value for what you get. Well built and looks great next to my stainless kitchen faucet. Not easy to be able to match these things but the brushed nickel matches nicely with the stainless. Works great!

I bought this extra faucet for a second room as a refurbished item, but it was missing a washer. Rather than return it, I contacted the manufacturer and based on my order number and description of the missing part, they sent me a new piece and now the faucet works perfectly. I really like how this looks, and the entire iSpring water filter system in general. I even bought a second system for my girlfriend's house.

I am so impressed with this faucet. My old RO faucet was so hard to reach for me, it was way back in the corner of my sink and the faucet head was only a couple of inches beyond the edge of sink. Filling anything was difficult if there were any dishes in the sink, and the height was not always adequate. This iSpring GA1-B model is such a difference! It is much taller and the spout sticks out far enough that I am able to reach it to fill things very easily. It is a lot heavier and sturdier than the chincy old one too and it is a good value for the money! I unfortunally got the wrong finish on the first one I received, it was not the sellers fault as it was a Brushed Nickel one that got put into a Chrome Finish box. Not certain that this wouldn't happen again I called iSpring directly. What a pleasant surprise to have a LIVE person answer the phone! It was Nick and not only was he friendly, patient and courteous, he was so helpful! Without a second thought he was getting a replacement ready to ship to me in the correct finish. Talk about EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! And what a rare treat to have personal interaction with a human being! I am so impressed with iSpring and Nicks help that I am considering replacing my under the sink RO unit. I am certain Nick will help me out when I am ready to purchase! Thanks Nick!

Using this with a pre-existing Franke (ceramic filter) water filtration system. My installation went very quickly and the instruction set provided was complete, easy to understand and thorough. I like that the company provided two quick-connect adapters, for 1/4-in and 8/3-in plumbing. I didn't need the 3/8-in but I could see that heading off a potential frustration. The style is very nice and a huge upgrade over our old "Franke" faucet. Couple of drawbacks: - As iGanja points out in his review, the valve lets air into the system making the water cloudy for a few minutes. It was tough explaining this to the wife, who thought I had screwed something up. Guests also give you a side-ways eye when you hand them a milky glass of water. The air goes away quickly but it's still a bummer. The Franke faucet did not have that problem. - The goose neck is kind of loose even after tight installation. It wiggles a bit as you turn it. Feels a bit flimsy. For those two reasons I took off a star. Of course, I'd prefer if it was made anywhere other than China. EDIT UPDATE : Since my first review I've installed a second one of these. The second one had no air in the valve issues and the water runs clear. The first faucet actually cleared up after about a month so no more cloudy water. Works great, so adding a 5th star!

A solid upgraded faucet from what comes inside the iSpring RCC7AK-BLK as that faucet was leaking at the handle. I spoke with Nick in support. Due to the faucet leaking there was no need to order a replacement on Amazon, Nick at iSpring Support agreed to ship out a replacement at no charge [model GA3-ORB]. Excellent customer service and most understanding of the customer's needs.

Me cambiaron el abasto de agua en el municipio y el agua empezó a llegarme muy salobre, de tal manera que el filtro que tenía (era un coreano que no recuerdo la marca, bueno) ya no le quitaba los sólidos disueltos y sales de manera efectiva (lo mido con unos aparatos de pH y conductividad que compré aquí en Amazon). Así que instalé un filtro de ósmosis inversa debajo de mi tarja de cocina. Ese filtro traía por el precio una llave horrorosa de dos pesos, a mi esposa (ni a mi) no nos gustó. Así que busqué otra opción y ésta tiene buena calidad y relación costo/beneficio. Es igual, se instala en la cocina y por ella ahora me surto del agua potable del filtro de ósmosis. El acabado es opaco, bruñido, el diseño es funcional y muy práctico.

After spending a considerable time looking at drinking water taps, I decided to go for the iSpring GA1-BN on the basis that it looked to be a high quality product with mostly good reviews on Amazon. I have to admit that the tap that arrived was slightly disappointing and did not feel particularly solid. When I fitted the tap, I found that the main body of the tap had a tendency to rotate on the flat front plate that covered the hole in the sink. After a couple of attempts to tighten the tap to present rotation, I ended up removing it to diagnose the issue only to find that the o-ring in the base of the main body of the tap was recessed below the metal – in other words the o-ring was pointless. I then wasted a couple of hours trying to pack out behind the o-ring to see if I could fit this problem and while this helped, I was not especially pleased with the result. You may be asking why I have given this product a 5* rating given what I have said…. When I when to register the warranty, I decided to mention the o-ring problem to the company. They responded within 24 hours and arranged to send a replacement tap direct from the US. The customer service that I received from Sean at iSpring was amazing and the replacement tap arrived within a few days. The build quality of the replacement tap is so much better than the original. The two taps are similar in general style, but close inspection soon shows that the two products were very different. One easy way to see if you have the new version is that the new version DOES NOT have an o-ring. You can also tell as the replacement tap body weights a hefty 570g compared to the original that was just 350g. Looking at the images on the Amazon website, it is clear that the replacement tap is the one portrayed in the images. Hence, I can only assume that the original one sent to me was an older and much cheaper model that has now been surpassed by the newer and far superior one. I can highly recommend the tap that I now have fitted, the build quality feels solid, the tap looks lovely, the flow rate is excellent (despite only being feed by ¼” diameter tube) and the customer service from iSpring has been amazing.
