Very handy for troubleshooting. Software for both Windows and Mac is a plus.
I've been using this for a few weeks now, and it's already worth it. I did have some problems trying to use it when plugged into a hub -- the hub is powered, so that shouldn't be a problem, but the unit was acting really flaky. When I plugged it into the PC directly, it worked fine.The software is pretty good -- the UI feels a little dated and the manual/help isn't particularly helpful, so I had to do a lot of self-discovery to figure things out. I've used the both the Windows and Mac software -- they look and work the same, so it's really nice to just use whichever one is most convenient at the time.I contact the manufacturer about some missing probe tips and they were very responsive and sent me the missing tips quickly. I was thinking of getting a benchtop scope, and still might, but the portability of this thing and the added functionality of the logic analyzer is hard to beat.

Hardware good but the SW app for the PC is rubbish
The triggering and waveform capture is like a normal real scope, but the PC app is not very good at all. It is really limited in what it can be useful for based purely upon the app
