Unlike most of the dozen-or-so topical pain treatments I've tried, this hemp ointment doesn't overwhelm your senses with menthol. It also isn't greasy like those with a vaseline-like base, and--while I wouldn't say it's very creamy--it absorbs quickly like a cream. As soon as it comes into contact with skin, the ointment starts to melt and is very easy to apply. My skin is fairly sensitive, and I have noticed no harsh side effects (such as skin bumps or redness), like other products can cause. Most importantly, it helps alleviate my joint pain. The ingredients you get compared to what is shown for the price is a rip off. The Hemp Extract is 6th on the list and has Coconut oil as the first ingredient I bought the 3000MG and the Hemp Extract was the FIRST ingredient. For people that may not realize..What ever the first ingredient is, that what is mostly in a product. This is very deceptive. Because that is not what I was expecting compared to their posted pictures on Amazon. For $150 with tax that better be the first thing on the list. Total rip off. It also smells like menthol I don't touch anything with soybean oil, so why would I want to rub it on my skin? Also keep in mind that it is not returnable.
