Replacement For Handi Multi-Cut Multi-Cut 3-7/8" (5) Replacement Blades &1 Anvil 401 37251 37301 Craftsman Compatible 40178

I'm giving this 5 stars even though I had to make a modification, but it's not the products fault. I have an old Craftsman Handi-cutter, model 9-37201 (pictured). The blade was chipped up and rusty from use and the anvil was crushed. Found this replacement and it works great with extra blades! Modification I had to make was the hole that secures the anvil in the frame was smaller than the original and the screw wouldn't pass thru the hole. This was easily remedied by running a 3/16" drill bit to bore out the hole and it fits like a glove. Good quality material and made tool like new.

The replacement blades for my Craftsman Handi-Cut fit perfectly and work just as well as the original blades. Very satisfied.

Had the inspiration to see if any vendor had replacement blades and anvil for this cherished tool and was simply amazed to find this supplier! Both the blade and anvil were perfect fits and the blade is improved over the original with dimensions imprinted on the side. Recently had the need to cut notches into half-inch workshop rubber mats and the replacement blade performed beautifully. Could not be more please or grateful for this supplier!

Was looking for replacement blade for my Craftsman Handi-Cut tool without luck. Finally realized that they were the same as ones still made by Ronan. Nice folks at Ronan confirmed these were the same as their 401 Series cutters, so went ahead and ordered set. Blades were easy to install once you get them in the correct orientation, and seem to function perfectly. Blade is slightly thicker than original one, which has nothing to do with them being made from “Japan Steel” as the replacements were stamped. Made from old Honda Civics? Perhaps. Made in Japan, no. One nice feature is that replacement blade has ruler/scale on it, making it easier to cut short lengths of whatever you’re chopping through. Thought it would b interesting to compare the weight of these blades against the original ones - none. Both weighed in at 6g each.

I had no idea I could get parts to repair my old trusty Craftsman Handi-Cut tool. This is a quality tool that was made in the USA and will now probably out live me. The repair came with extra blades and a new plastic bottom jaw. The old bottom jaw was gold in color and damaged from use with a dull blade. This tool was a gift from my brother many years ago, could be more than 30 years old for sure. It's like a new tool, very happy.

I bought these blades and anvil hoping the would fit a very old Sears cutter and they did! Works great and cuts small branches, rope, twine and a lot of other things.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This fit an existing cutter that I have. I was delighted that it came the very next day after I ordered it. I was even more surprised that it came with a replaceable anvil besides the blades.

These blades fit into a cutting tool (think scissors with razor blades) which has saved us so much time with our rope work. Great quality and useful.

I had to drill parts out to fit but was minor
