Great product!
The brace gives me freedom to pick up light items while keeping my radius and ulna in place while my broken elbow heals

Defective design, capitalism at it’s finest
The locking hinges do not work and it’s a design flaw, not a one off issue specific to mine. This is fundamentally a broken product by design, despicable for a company selling medical devices.

Didn't work for me
The setup concept is pretty simple and easy enough to do. This brace just didn't fit my arm properly base don the design. The molded, firm plastic pieces that partially wrap around the pinched a lot and wouldn't quite allow me to fully bend my arm even when set that way. It isn't a bad product, just didn't work for me.

Decent Brace
I had a Bicep repair done and needed this instead of the sling. It does it job well. It is simple to use and operate. The only issue I found is that it irritated my skin because of the tightness (needed so it didn't slip). This was solved by a sleeve of cloth. It still moves slightly throughout the day, but overall it is WAY more comfortable than a sling.

Best brace for the price
This is the best brace I've found after having surgery for a ruptured biceps tendon. It's adjustable and the pads can be taken off and washed. It was easy to wear over clothing and to pull a plastic sleeve over it to shower.

4.5 Stars - Much Better Than The Sling I Was Using
I have a distal biceps tendon injury (at the elbow). I needed something other than the sling to protect my arm because the sling was giving me issues from pulling on my neck. I opted for this brace because I wanted to be able to move while still protecting my arm from suddenly extending too far. I have no trouble getting this brace on and setting the range of motion by myself. My bicep / upper arm is 16 inches, so I'm at the top end of size this will fit. I wish the straps were a little more comfortable. I don't care for the way they feel on my skin but it's tolerable. The locks are holding in place and I'm much happier being able to move my shoulder and use my hand. Most ROM braces have very mixed reviews. I'm glad I took a chance on this one. Very pleased.

Does the job
This brace got me through the worst of an elbow injury. The straps were too long but easy fix just trimming them. The only two things that annoyed me is after a week or two the stars would not stay closed (Velcro didn’t stick) but should I need it again I will just replace the straps with something else, and the lock dial would pop free with only a little resistance. I’m sure that was because I was still quite active while wearing it and put a lot of stress on it. The lock/stop for extension was the only one that started to fail, the other remained sturdy. Again, I’m creative with fixing stuff so if in need it again I will probably just glue or or tape it into place as I didn’t need to adjust it. Added bonus, my husband called me C-3PO and told me I should spray paint it gold /laugh. I got a lot of positive comments about my cool bionic arm, though! I recommend wearing a fitted arm sleeve or thin stretchy brace under it for comfort, but adds a little bit of you have thin arms to keep it from slipping.
