After experimenting with various incarnations of Zinc supplements, I can honestly say that this liquid formula is far more nutritionally superior to all other tablet/pill or even liquid forms of this important element. Its price vs strength and bottle size is a real winner for me. A word of caution for those who are easily offended by unpleasant tastes: I now don't experience that nauseous feeling in my stomach after taking Zinc in a pill form, though I should add that this liquid Zinc has also very distinctly unpleasant (and I wouldn't be afraid to say "disgusting") both, the taste and aftertaste, though I believe it's the direct result of the way it's been made. Given a choice between the two forms, when the pill causes me to feel REALLY nauseous in my stomach and the liquid form that just "tastes awful", I'll choose the liquid form, when you can instantly kill its aftertaste with a bite on a lemon or similar pungent foods, and though I try to mask its taste with other various items I add to my morning water routine (ACV, lime, etc.), its strong flavor still comes through and you'll definitely taste it, no matter what -- just to a lesser degree.... Read somewhere that other reviewers gave up on it due to its bad taste, but to me its usefulness is more important than trying to please my upper palette... :) This formula has useful additional ingredients and in proper combination/ratio needed to assimilate, when taking Zinc (i.e. Zinc-to-Copper ratio) and being in a liquid form it's easily absorbed. Also, men will definitely notice its action, as well as its wound healing speed. Overall I'm very happy with this formula, particularly given its importance during these tumultuous times, and despite its really bad taste I still give it 5 stars.

Please, for the love of God, MAKE SURE TO DILLUTE IT and NEVER take it on an empty stomach! I learned the hard way, ended up sick as a dog and throwing up. Learn from my mistake! Lol Besides that incident, I genuinely like this product. It's been a fantastic addition, and despite the not-so-great taste, it makes me feel energized and healthy. Overall, a really good product.

Just received this today I only took .5 ML and thank God I did because the taste threw me for a loop. It is horrible!! so I’m going to try to mix it next time in a little bit of juice and just see how that goes.

Great product, has helped my toddler and myself avoid illnesses this season. I do caution, take in a FULL glass of water, splitting the dose over a few glasses. It's powerful stuff and will immediately make you I'll if taken in too great of a quantity or on an empty stomach

Should've read product reviews first.. I started with the full dose 1.5 ml in water on an empty stomach. Within about 20 minutes I vomited and it only got worse from there.. believe me when I say you really need to eat first. Also maybe starting with a smaller dose would be good. This was a terrible experience and I thought I was dying. I do not know if I will try again anytime soon. It was a traumatizing experience. No reflection on the product though. I love this company and I use their travel minerals regularly with no issues. I think I just did too much straight out the gate. Just please read reviews and directions and save yourself the zinc induced live action highly dramatic morning.

I've used this liquid brand of zinc for years. We make our own mouthwash and this is a key ingredient.

I really would not recommend this item. Even taken with a flavored beverage the taste is so hard to get past. I took half the recommended amount, with a full meal exactly as the instructions said, and I still ended up throwing up several times. There's better products out there that don't taste terrible and won't upset your stomach like that.
