Fantastic
I HIGHLY recommend this series and author. It's simple smut on its face, but really blossoms into an interesting and exciting exploration on societal standards.

Already Pre-ordered #5
It just keeps getting better. Some of the topics in this volume are a tough pill to swallow but raise good points. Oritsue-kuns section of in this volume is.... well frankly to me it's a masterpiece. As someone who struggles with human interaction the things that took place in this volume hit really hard but also gave me a sense of hope and pride for Oritsue-kun. I don't normally review stuff because I suck at being articulate but I hope this review helps someone in some small way.

Made me care about oritsue's story over the sexy girls
I enjoyed the commentary from the centaur woman, although it feels a little out of place for it to take up so much of the book, I am glad to see someone saying something outside of the mainstream, approved views, on gender politics. Oritsue's side story suddenly became the best part of the series and I find myself more interested is his story then the sexy monster girls and the biology lessons.

How is hentai this good?!?
While this volume does little to further the main plot, Oritsue's story is everything we've been wanting and more. Some pretty scathing commentary on the modern views of men and women... but all of it well thought out and done in a way that relates to the books world as a whole. Easily left me wanting more. Can't wait for volume 5.

Ignore the negative reviews...
This is pornography of the highest quality. I came for the boobs. What I got was boobs AND scathing political commentary. What more could you ask for? Anyone who complains is simply being unreasonable...

Feminism
Once again author and illustrator KAKERU surprises by making you stop and think about a much deeper subject than you will first imagine he is writing about. At first, this book seems to be about something as simple as getting to know a brand new monster girl: Taura, the centaur; however, things really get interesting when she and the Arachne and the merpeople start discussing each other’s approaches towards sex and the raising of children. One could easily see Arachne women having a superior position and centaur women having an inferior one while merpeople are somewhere in between, but Taura fights back fiercely against this idea, pointing out the illogic of so-called feminism in a remarkable multi-page rant at the end of the book. As Taura puts it well against the ultimate argument of the “Hell” of raising children:“You’re SAYING that you are unable to deal with it on your own, while demanding work from the men while stepping on them like disposable garbage, ignoring the lifelong pressure that leaves male suicides consistently higher than female ones, and the fact that if society crumbles you’ll be cowering behind a shield of men risking their very lives to safeguard yours. Now how would you feel if someone demanded the same of you? Pushing responsibility onto them is unimaginable, wouldn’t you say?”Ouch...Meanwhile, the Taishi Oritsue side stories come to a definite turning point in this book as given the chance to choose between the segment of human society he has been living in and the goblin society he stumbles into, Taishi chooses the goblins. Sure, both groups are doing their darnedest to push him into joining them,...but the goblins are being a good deal more honest about it.Having both enjoyed and been surprised to learn a lot in the previous volumes: Creature Girls: A Hands-On Field Journal in Another World, Vol. 1, Creature Girls: A Hands-On Field Journal in Another World, Vol. 2, and Creature Girls: A Hands-On Field Journal in Another World, Vol. 3, I am definitely looking forward to reading Creature Girls: A Hands-On Field Journal in Another World, Vol. 5.

Go Cute Goblin Girls
I find it amusing that in this volume me meet the centaur Taura, who has come looking for help dealing with a monster. As usual Daisuke wants to examine her . Taura response is ( if you can bet me in a fight and make me your wife, then you can examine me ). Then Taura begins to tell the merfolk about centaur culture and many of them are amazed on some of the centaur views.I like by the end of the volume we go back to check on Oritsue. Only to find out that the maids don't like/ love him. Meiya ( the head maid ) tells him if he was more self-confident women would be attracted to him. Once Oritsue hears this he runs to the mountains where he help a group of goblins and is treated to a feast.

Appalling Turn
Came for the fun times with anatomically theorized creature girls and interesting device designs. Left shaking my head in dismay at the opinions and misogyny vigorously explained and defended for over 1/2 the pages. Honestly not what I was expecting after the first 3 volumes. I would not recommend this to anyone with half a conscience and I am disappointed that the other reviewers here are throwing 5* ratings at this garbage while agreeing with its views. Also, lest you think this is just a 1 off tangent volume, it gets worse in vol 5.

Leuk verhaal
Leuk verhaal van een man die in een wereld met allemaal "beest meisjes" terecht komt en allerlei avonturen beleeft. Prettig om te lezen !

Story starts to get a little out of hand
story carry's on nicely from the others but it starts to add more the word r ape, and even have creepy old man whom favours underage girls, and the centaur start talking about feminist society (but opposite to human version), and the oritsue character is starting to get boring, but the fight scenes and art work is still good
