Q: Is there a weight limit for this?

Is a xmas gift so have not used. Movie "Big" with Tom Hanks show him on the piano so I would think not

I've played with it for two or three days now and haven't noticed any chemical smells. It has been fun and awesome! Even more so than I originally thought it would be and my daughter loves it!

Q: Where can I click to hear how each instrument sounds?

Online? Impossible. On this board you can see signs of instruments and click them. Sounds are good. My kids played it long time.
