A unique RE experience
If you are a fan of Resident Evil, then I would definitely recommend this game. It has some of the most unique levels and enemies in RE history, and it's challenging yet fun to play. Here are some things I love about this game:-There are different kinds of enemies you encounter and different places to explore. There's an entire zoo level available from the start, where you'll fight many different zombie animals. There's also a subway, an abandoned hospital in the middle of a the Arklay mountains, and you also get to revisit the RPD police station from RE2 and RE3. All of these are separate scenarios; there is no clear connection between one scenario and the others.-You can play as 8 different characters, all with different levels of vitality, speed, and very different personalities. If you want to power through the stages, then chose Kevin, the RPD rookie or Mark, the security guard. Both starts a stage with weapons in their inventory. If you're looking to run away from most enemies, you can select Cindy, who has an herb case to store and mix herbs for extra capacity, or Yoko, who can hold up to eight items at once and has an handy dodge action. Not only do the different characters have different endings, they also make every run through of a scenario different from the last. It's fun trying to figure out how to use a character best, and also to see which one is more suitable for a scenario.-There's plenty of unlockable characters, pictures, soundtracks, and playing modes unlockable to keep you coming back for more. There's 4 difficulty settings that allow you to get used to the control scheme and to give yourself a challenge.-Another thing I like about this game is the ability to tackle enemies, which gives you a chance to run past them. This makes it easier to conserve your ammo for the final bosses, and makes it so that you can survive an entire stage without having to use a single bullet. I also like the ability to dodge (only some characters have this). The tackle itself, which all characters can do, can also work as a dodge, which is great. Now for the bad parts.-The loading times can get irritating if you are impatient. It can take about 7 seconds going from one door to the next.-Your AI partners tend to just run around getting themselves in danger often. They won't always listen to you, and they rarely help you attack enemies. There is no more online for this game, so you can either play solo or try to deal with your partners.-The control scheme can be a bit difficult to master.I can honestly say this is one of my favorite Resident Evil to date despite these flaws. It is one of the more realistic ones, as you get to play as everyday people living in Raccoon City, and it is challenging. The characters and locations are charming, and its got a lot of replay value if you can get past these flaws.I bought this game not too long ago for 17 dollars off amazon. Now it can be found for as cheap as 10 dollars! If you like Resident Evil but haven't played the Outbreak series, you should definitely give this one a try, or even try the first one since it is even cheaper.

Last real Resident Evil game is a classic
This game was severely overlooked due to Resident Evil 4 coming out. Which is a darn shame since it's one of the best gaming experiences out there, especially if you're a survival-horror or Resident Evil fan.The game is basically an expansion pack(in ways) to the first Resident Evil Outbreak, with it's five new scenarios being the main selling point. But there's also tons of improvements to the gameplay and replay value. If you don't like Survival Horror or hated the first Outbreak, this probably won't change your mind. You still go throughout the scenario, solving puzzles(some of which require deep thinking) and avoiding or fighting enemies throughout the level, while stockpiling weapons, ammunition and healing items to take on the final boss.To start off with, you can walk and shoot at the same time! Along with walking and shooting, doing this also 'auto-aims' for you; making fighting enemies that crawl or fly, 100% easier to fight compared to the first Outbreak where it was a crapshoot to fight enemies of this nature(Making you rely on your AI partners to take them out for you). Other gameplay improvements include your character starting off with an additional item that can be swapped or given away(Kevin and Mark start with a spare magazine for their handguns, while Cindy starts with a bandage that prevents her from bleeding and helps cure Bleed status of other players). Replay value is vastly improved by making an additional 30+ costumes and NPCs available to play as, as well as adding mini-games to test your skills out on and a new Nightmare mode that gives you double the reward points for completing a scenario, but you also take twice the damage.Playing this game on single-player is a blast, but at times frustrating since, depending on the AI partners you choose(much like IRL); they can either be cooperative or uncooperative depending on how much they like and trust your character. Trust can be improved by helping them out in combat, shoving or knocking back an enemy that has them stun-locked, giving them items and generally being a helpful teammate. Some characters don't get along with others, while others get along just fine.I never got to play the multiplayer, but after seeing a few gameplay videos it surely seems fun! Much more fun than Left 4 Dead and Killing Floor(which are just shooting galleries, which tends to get boring a few matches.). The JP servers are still up and running, go to obsrv.org and they'll help you out. You can use an emulator or get a JP copy of the game.

No one is perfect but this guy is very close!
The game was literally brand new. I checked the disc and didn't see a scratch. You can only see extremely small scratches if your eye is very close to the disc like your looking through a microscope. The seller is amazing! He or She takes really good with his or her products. He or she really care about their customers and want them to be happy with their purchases. I got the game a little early then expected which made me really happy being able to play the game sooner. If you need products that this specific person is selling, BUY IT! Not only you save money compared to stores, you also get them like its brand new.
