Prost-Xtra Plus (2 Bottle kit) with Rye Grass, 300mg Plant Sterols, Saw Palmetto, Zinc, Vitamin E 90 Capsules Each

There are supposed to be 90 capsules per bottle, enough for 3 a day times 30 days. My first bottle ran out after only twenty days with one capsule left over.A rip off!

So we all try these remedies form time to time as we need to see if they work. Well... these pills work for me though at first I didn't realize they did!! I took a course of 2 bottles, 3 pills a day and then didn't order any replacements. That's when I realized they did work on me, my nightly trips to the bathroom increased again and flow reduced. So I ordered again and after a week or so my nightly visits reduced again. Ok they're not a cure but for me they did reduce the symptoms of an enlarged prostate, what I will say is that if you have spicy foods or salty foods or snacks you'll be up a few times during the night no matter what but combining Prost-Extra with moderate salt and spice intake you'll be better off than without them. Well that's my two cents worth. I know we're all different but if you have prostate problems these are definitely worth a try. I have tried saw palmetto on its own but for me that made things worse, the dose I guess was too much and it actually aggravated my prostate and not only reduced the flow but also increased my visits to the bathroom to vacate my bowels!! Anyway good luck.

I take the recommended 3 capsules a day, along with the GNC Prosvent product (1 capsule daily). My getting up in the middle of the night to go the bathroom appears to be reduced from the previous 2-3 time, down to 1 time. Need to give the products around 2 months to start being effective.

I can not really give this a rating as it did NOT work for me. It is one of several that I have tried that has not worked.

I used this product per their instructions and it didn't make any difference. I used one whole bottle over the course of a month and still no difference. I contacted the company, they refunded my money. That's the reason for 2 stars. No, I wouldn't recommend this product.

72-year-old with an enlarged prostate, getting up a few times each night. This product takes about a week to start showing results. After a week to ten days, not getting up at night but maybe once if I drank many fluids. I cannot guarantee it will work for everyone, but it did for me so worth a try.

I used this stuff for four months and I can't say that it has made any difference. Used the recommended three capsules a day.

Works in 24 hours. Better flow. I have found that when my flow slows down I can take this for a couple days and it is improved. I don't have to take it full time. Works great.
