Worked great, have driven a few hundred miles not problem, thought it might burn off

See for youself in the images. I accidentally touched the backing plate while the paint was wet, so I touched it up with more paint out of the SAME CAN. It looks horrible, and I would guess it was two different paints if I didn't do the work myself.The dust covers are hard to see, but I have never seen or heard of a paint doing this; it dries into different colors. Goes on wet, looks ok, but then when it dries some of it changes into a foggy/smokey grey color. It doesn't stay completely black and looks like total garbage once it dries. The dust covers are on their FORTH coat of this paint, each one dries and looks worst than the last. (Complete overall coats, not touch ups or partial repaints).When I think of why I paint something its to color it, even before rust and corrosion prevention comes to mind. This paint can't meet that basic expectation.I've already asked for my money back, and will have to completely strip these parts down and paint them again with something else. Waste of money and 2 afternoons.
