Again, I've trained on DISC for years now and have not found a book this focused and practical. The book also includes a great overview of the DISC tool and dimensions which is also extremely helpful. Excellent book, great purchase!

Excellent Book, Great Purchase!!!
I have not found another book like this one. It's packed full of exercise and activities - both fun and meaningful. The book is super user friendly and set up excellently for easy reading and immediate application. Each exercise is thoughtfully and neatly organized with relevant information - purpose, timeframe, supplies, etc. It's everything a Trainer needs to make the presentation of such valuable information as DISC more engaging and impactful. Again, I've trained on DISC for years now and have not found a book this focused and practical. The book also includes a great overview of the DISC tool and dimensions which is also extremely helpful. Excellent book, great purchase!

I've been utilizing the disc program for years with my clients individuals groups specially for my teens and young adults these are great programs I highly recommend it

Way, way too basic!
I was hoping to get fresh ideas for DISC activities and this book was a total waste. I’m a Prime member who has only returned 2 items (ever) and this return is only about the dissatisfaction- not the price!

Great resource!
I've been facilitating DiSC sessions for years and was looking for some new exercises. There are some awesome suggestions here. I used the Sales Pitch exercise and it was a huge hit.

Ce livre est une excellente source d’idées pour plannifier un workshop pour managers. Il vient en appui lorsque le modèle DISC est connu. Les exercices sont presque exclusivement pour des gros groupes où chaque profil est représenté par au moins 4 personnes. Pour groupes plus petits, il faut un peu adapter!
