This is very convenient for those who aren’t taking any other method of birth control, how ever it’s a bit difficult to get into place. You’re supposed to push it up to your cervix and let it sit for 15 min to dissolve but it always sticks to your fingers so the application process isn’t as easy as the instructions say.

Gave me a horrible UTI, it destroys the microbiome inside... No woman should be using this product. It also makes the tissues extremely irritated, swollen and raw. Ruined a whole weekend and a week after, had to see a doctor, forced to take antibiotics and screw up my microbiome more!

Works good so far, but as far as letting a full load go in side I haven't pushed it that far, 😄
