We received the ones that you need to remove the cap as well. I just didn't notice. Looks like it IS made in USA, but distributed in Canada, which would explaIn the directions are in English and French. You can read it in the box at the bottom of the can with the UPC code. You will need a magnifying glass!

I don’t know if it does or not but the commercials has it kills 95-98% of germs and viruses
